 THE BIG DAY

You arrive at the venue and head into the bridal suite. You take your time getting ready with your closest family and friends (maybe enjoy a mimosa or two) and relish in every moment leading up to THE moment. All the while your planner is handling the smallest details, managing vendors, decorating the venue according to plan, and handling any bumps that may arise. Everyone gets into place for the ceremony and then it’s time. We are on schedule. The processional is timed perfectly with the music. It. Is. Time.  The COORDINATION Package

Perfect for the type-A bride who wants to relax before the wedding and hand everything off the month-of!

 What’s Included:

 
 
  • Unlimited email and text throughout the planning process. Phone calls must be pre-scheduled

  • Preferred vendor list and 1-year planning checklist

  • Initial planning meeting 8 weeks before your event date

  • Will confirm that rental/floral/purchase counts are all correct and line up with the layout

  • Creation of a detailed timeline and layout that is distributed to vendors as well

  • Coordination with all contracted wedding vendors listed, confirm their arrival times, get insurance info, meal counts, confirm services booked, and any other important details

  • 1 hour of rehearsal availability

  • 16 hours on-site the day of

  • Pick up any small items needed for the day of (must fit in an SUV)

  • Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you with questions or concerns!

  • Keep everyone on schedule and where they need to be

  • Set up and style all wedding decor, placesettings, and elements (rented and purchased)

  • Access to LLE decor

  • Cross-check venue set up, ensuring ceremony and reception are set to perfection. Fixing any errors that may come up

  • Distribute bouquets & pin corsages to the bridal party, attendants & family members

  • Direct ushers with seating and program distribution

  • Coordinate processional and recessional

  • Assist with the bridal party and family for photographs ~ things could get crazy and they may need some guidance, I will be there to help if needed

  • Remind Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents, and honored guests when they are about to give toasts

  • Make a dinner plate for the married couple

  • Announcements throughout the reception

  • Layout creation with detailed instructions on setup

  • Budget management

  • Identify any missing pieces to the wedding day that may have been missed but are essential to run smoothly

  • Assistance and recommendations with any remaining vendors

  • Access to the planning portal (calendar, checklist, vendor details, layout, guest list/notes, seating chart, budget sheet, design boards and inspiration, notes, etc.)

  • Point of contact for all vendors

YAY! Thank you so much for trusting me with your event! Let’s meet up for coffee and begin mapping out your big day. We will go over budget, inspiration, what you want, what you DON’T want, vendors you have booked or would like to look further into, and so much more!

I will provide a detailed proposal of everything needed for your big day along with access to the client planning portal so that we are always on the same page!

Upon approval, I will begin reaching out to vendors and obtaining quotes and contracts!
